English brochure is now available - The ILCL's exhibition, "Japanese Children's Literature: A History from the International Library of Children's Literature Collections"

"Japanese Children's Literature: A History from the International Library of Children's Literature Collections," which opened February 19, 2011, presents a wealth of works of Japanese children's literature.

In the exhibition, the children's books and magazines published since the Meiji era will help you to understand the history of Japanese children's literature. You can also see stories in today's Japanese-language textbooks, children's songs and poems.

A free English brochure of the exhibition is available at the service counter of the Museum in the ILCL.
