- Imai Ayano was raised in England, the U.S., and Japan, and became a picture book creator when her entry in the Bologna Illustrators Exhibition caught the attention of a British editor. This work is an arrangement of the folktale, "Nagagutsu wo haita neko [Puss In Boots]".
