This is a commercial version of a handmade picture book which the creator gave to children from Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture. Miss Ramen holds a "naruto" fish cake in her hand and makes the pun "nantoka naruto" ("nantoka naru" means, "it will work out" in Japanese, and she instead replaces "naru" ("to become") with "naruto" (a type of fishcake)), encouraging children with silliness and puns as she stretches out a single long noodle and leads them towards the future.
