Mr. ZHANG Mingzhou graduated from Shanghai International Studies University in 1991. He has been president of IBBY since 2018 after being executive vice president of the China Society for the Studies of Children's Literature and a director of the Publishers Association of China. He received the Special Contribution Award of the 2018 Chen Bochui International Children's Literature Awards.

The Chinese version of the picture book "Penguins Are Moving" (ペンギンかぞくのおひっこし) has been selected for the SDG Book Club's Book List Goal 13 "Climate Action." This book's author, Ms. TONE, talks about the motivation for this book, her thoughts on the SDGs and more.
